Adam Plimpton
Founder & Executive Recruiter

Adam Plimpton leads the company’s Equipment Leasing and Financing division. His strong background in recruiting, sales, and human resources has allowed him to excel in the industry. With 7+ years of experience in Recruiting, Adam has a deep understanding of how to manage the process, helping both his clients and candidates succeed.
Apart from his day job, Adam has volunteered with many nonprofit organizations, such as School on Wheels and serving as a board member for Habitat for Humanity in Southern California. He strongly believes in helping others and serving the community.
In his free time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs. He also loves boating, traveling, and relaxing in his small lake community in Western CT.

Grace Plimpton
Vice President of Operations & Business Development
Grace Plimpton is the Vice President of Operations and Business Development at East Bay Talent. She supports the growth of the organization through talent sourcing, business development, marketing initiatives, and operational management, with a focus on the Equipment Leasing & Financing and MCA/Working Capital industries.
Grace plays a key role in identifying industry professionals and business opportunities, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and helping maintain the day-to-day operations of the firm. Her responsibilities span sourcing, marketing, administration, and process development, allowing her to contribute across multiple areas of the business.
Known for her strong organizational skills and relationship-focused approach, Grace is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and helping drive the continued success and growth of East Bay Talent.
