Brief Overview:

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

 

  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels

  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility

  • Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit

 

Responsibilities  

  • Partner with clients to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs

  • Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy

  • Research into client’s company, competitors, and marketplace

  • Map role criteria, define position description, and document specifications

  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility

  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion

  • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process

  • Network and build long-lasting client relationships

  • Know your area of expertise (specialized industry or job function)

  • Research and develop recruiting leads

 

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven working experience in sales (with a preference for Recruiting experience, but not required.)

  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes

  • Must have good "people" skills

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases

  • Must be well versed in proper spelling and grammar

  • Client relationship building skills

  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills

  • Integrity and confidentiality

  • AS or BS degree strongly preferred

Associate Recruiter/Entry-Level

Location: Katonah, NY

Job Type: Full-Time/Hybrid

Brief Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter and team player with a can do attitude! We are a young, hard-working team who strives to create a fun, rewarding, supportive, and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:​

  • Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to source, identify and recruit qualified candidates.

  • Review candidate's information to determine if job qualifications are met

  • Scouting job openings and providing team Recruiters with leads

  • Strategizing with team members and team leaders on best sourcing/researching practices

  • Handles a high volume of requisitions, capturing requisition data, and reviewing candidate information to determine if job qualifications are met.

  • Create, audit, monitor, and update, job posting templates to ensure accurate job postings

  • Provide support to the Recruiting teams to ensure smooth launches, with the overall goal of creating a positive experience for our clients and our candidates

  • Collaborate with team leads to understand the teams’ recruiting needs, develop a tailored sourcing strategy, and advise on how to assess and find top talent.

Requirements & Skills:​

  • AS or BS degree preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience (ideally in the financial services, insurance, recruitment, or sales sectors)

  • Customer service experience a plus

  • Experience in a recruiting function is preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to appropriately prioritize competing roles

  • Motivated and ambitious self-starter who is able to move quickly, solve problems independently and work well under pressure

  • Desire to work with a high-growth company with team collaboration mindset
